PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A 43-year-old Portland man faces 116 counts of various sex crime allegations including incest over a 5-year period that continued through this month.

Ricardo Gonzalez-Vega is facing felony charges of rape, incest, sexual abuse, attempted rape and attempted sodomy that began in October 2012 and continued through November 2017. Court records show the victim was a minor when the abuse began but is now a legal adult.

Gonzalez-Vega has no prior criminal record. He is not on probation, there are no pending criminal cases, he has no priors arrests or convictions, according to jail records.

On Wednesday, he appeared in Multnomah County Circuit Court and was arraigned on the 116-count grand jury indictment. His court-appointed attorney entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
