Death of man found on I-84 called ‘suspicious’

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a man found along I-84 on Friday Nov. 14. 

Investigators said the man has now been identified as Brandon Lee Miller, 29, formerly of California. He was found near exit 17 on westbound I-84 around 4 p.m. He was wearing blue jeans and a black, grey and teal zip up sweatshirt.

Authorities have not been able to rule out that he died as the result of a hit-and-run crash.
