2-car crash closes NE Halsey in both directions

One person needed to be extricated from their car

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — At least one person needed to be extricated from a crashed car by Portland Fire and Rescue crews after a crash on NE Halsey late Friday night.

Portland Fire and Rescue said one car rolled over in a 2-car crash at NE 116 and Halsey around 10 p.m. The driver of one of the cars was pinned in, but both people involved were taken to the hospital.

NE Halsey Street is closed in both directions in the area.
