PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A woman was seriously injured Sunday morning when an arrow penetrated her neck at a park in Sellwood.

The injury happened around 8:20 a.m. Sunday at 8049 SE Oak Parks Way, PPB Sgt. Chris Burley told KOIN 6 News.
