Camas man accused of shooting sister’s boyfriend

Both men and a woman live together in the house

CAMAS, Wash. (KOIN) — A 23-year-old man is in custody after he allegedly shot his sister’s boyfriend.

Camas Police arrested Matthew Turner at his home in the 3300 block of SE 3rd Avenue just after 5 p.m. Wednesday. The victim, 29-year-old Miguel Fernandez, sustained non-life threatening injuries in the shooting.

Turner, Fernandez and the woman all live together at the house. The shooting happened after some sort of argument.

Turner will appear in court on Thursday morning.
