$10,000 worth of AEDs stolen in Lake Oswego

The suspect is a white man in his 20s or 30s

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Someone has stolen more than $10,000 worth of Automated External Defibrillators from Lake Oswego businesses in recent months, Lake Oswego police said.

The thefts of 8 AEDs from multiple commercial buildings on Meadows Road happened between March 2016 and October 2016.

According to police, the suspect would enter the building, go straight to the AED cabinet, take the defibrillator and then leave.

Anyone with information about these thefts is asked to contact Lake Oswego Police at 503.635.0238. Police are offering and $1,000 reward for information leading to successful prosecution of the suspect.
