PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two people were hospitalized with serious stab wounds Wednesday night, police said.
Reports came in of a stabbing on the 8300 block of NE Sandy Boulevard around 9:40 p.m., according to Portland Police Bureau.
Officers found a man and woman in their 30s with stab wounds and they were transported to the hospital. Both have serious injuries but are expected to survive.
Investigators believe the victims were involved in some type of disturbance with someone when they were stabbed. The suspect left the area in a car, police said.
It is unclear what the relationship is between the victims and suspect.
