Off-duty PPB cop arrested for DUII in Beaverton

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — An off-duty Portland police sergeant with the Drugs and Vice Division was arrested for DUII early Saturday in Beaverton.

Timothy Robinson was driving a city-owned vehicle he used as part of his duties, PPB officials said in a release. He was booked into the Washington County Jail.

Robinson, an 18-year verteran of the force, is now assigned to the telephone reporting unit until this case is resolved. Authorities said that is standard procedure.
