PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – On Tuesday, a Multnomah County grand jury handed up an indictment against 2 people linked to the death of Michael Hoven.
In addition to the arrest of Felauai Satele, KOIN 6 News learned police have identified Jessica Lynne Hutchinson as a second suspect.
Satele was arrested by Vancouver Police back in October.
The investigation into Hoven’s death began September 23 when police responded to reports of a shooting at a residence in the 1700 block of Southeast 162nd Avenue.
Records show Satele is now charged with 4 counts of aggravated murder and one count each of first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and 2 counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Hutchinson is charged with 2 counts of felony murder and one count each of first-degree burglary and robbery.
Officials say Hutchinson is currently held at Washington County Jail. Prosecutors there reportedly charged her with one count of first-degree theft after she stole more than a $1,000 worth of property from Nordstrom in Tigard on Nov. 4.
Eventually, Hutchinson will be brought back to Multnomah County where she will be arraigned. Satele is scheduled to be arraigned in Multnomah County on Thursday.
Officials tell us the investigation into Hoven’s death remains ongoing. They would not comment on whether or not additional suspects being looked at.
