Suspect identified in Gresham shooting death

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.

GRESHAM, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was killed on SE Stephens Circle in Gresham on Wednesday morning, and the suspect has been identified, police said.

Police responded to reports of a shooting and found the man, later identified as 30-year-old Harry Deonte Brogdon Jr., dead at the scene.

Gresham police identified the suspect as 30-year-old Demarco “Buddy” Streeter of Portland. He is thought to be driving a black 4-door sedan with an “SS” emblem on the front passenger door, police said.

Streeter has an extensive criminal history, including attempted murder, and should be considered armed and dangerous, according to authorities.

The East County Major Crimes Team is still investigating.
