PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man suspected of kicking a car during protests that overtook the city after the election of Donald Trump turned himself in on Sunday.

21-year-old Miguel Rebello is charged with criminal mischief in the first degree and disorderly conduct in the second degree for kicking the car on November 10, which had two young kids in it at the time.

Police say Rebello caused damage to the car. They had released a surveillance image of him and asked for help identifying him.
