New trees snapped by vandals at Sorenson Park

An estimated $10,000 worth of damage was done

CLARK COUNTY, Wash. (KOIN) — Vandals caused heavy damage to Sorenson Neighborhood County Park on Thursday.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office says an estimated $10,000 worth of damage was done to freshly planted trees and shrubbery at the park on NW 109th Street and NW 26th Avenue.

Eight trees were snapped and several bushes were uprooted.
