Klamath Falls murder suspect arrested in CA

Police have not identified the person killed on Saturday

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (KOIN) — A 26-year-old woman wanted for murder in Klamath Falls was arrested in Redding, California, Oregon State Police said.

Sheyanna Ray was wanted for murder, assault, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence in connection with the homicide that happened Saturday on the 2400 block of Orchard Avenue, according to  OSP.

A warrant was issued for Ray’s arrest and she was taken into custody in California. She is currently lodged in the Shasta County Jail in Redding.

Police have not named the person killed in the incident.
