Gov. Inslee, Sen. Murray win reelection in Washington

Inslee defeated Republican opponent Bill Bryant while Murray defeated Republican opponent Chris Vance.

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee and Democratic Sen. Patty Murray won reelection in Washington on Tuesday evening.

Inslee defeated Republican opponent Bill Bryant while Murray defeated Republican opponent Chris Vance.

Washington voters also approved Measure 1433 to raise the minimum wage to $13.50 by 2020 and require employers to provide paid sick leave.
