5 nabbed after daytime Oregon City home invasion

2 of the 5 are being held in a Portland juvenile facility

OREGON CITY, Ore. (KOIN) — Five people were arrested after a short pursuit in Oregon City for a home invasion at the Kingsberry Heights Apartments.

Around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, a 911 caller reported the robbery and gave a description of the suspects and their vehicle. Minutes later, police spotted the car near Hwy 213 and Clackamas River Drive.

The driver refused to stop. Clackamas County deputies joined the chase and the car soon pulled over.

Three of the 5 were arrested and booked at the Clackamas County Jail. They are:

> Edward Dequincy Ratcliff — 1st-degree robbery, 1st-degree theft, unlawful use of a weapon
> Duane Christopher Donaldson — 1st-degree robbery, attempting to elude police
> Jeremiah Deontrell Penn — 1st-degree robbery

Two other females face 1st-degree robbery charges and are being held at the Donald E. Long Juvenile Facility in Portland.
