PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 10-year-old girl died in a car crash on Hwy 78 in southeastern Oregon on November 2.
Oregon State Police are investigating the single-vehicle crash in included 2 adults and 2 children from University Place, Wash. The Chevy Trailblazer was traveling west when it drifted off the road and rolled.
The 28-year-old driver, a 27-year-old passenger and a 6-year-old boy were taken to hospitals for treatment.
The girl was ejected from the car and died at the scene.
Police are looking into the possibility that the girl was not wearing a seat belt when the crash happened.
