PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A woman pepper sprayed a Ross Dress for Less employee in Corvallis on Saturday evening.

Corvallis Police say the woman entered the store on NW Kings Boulevard and tried to steal a bag of merchandise. An employee confronted her and she sprayed them with pepper spray.

She got away with the bag full of merchandise and left the scene in a car. Police believe a man may have been driving the car she got into.
