PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Washington fire destroyed a building and 3 cars that were nearby on Monday morning.

The Cowlitz County fire took place in the 100 block of Spruce Creek Road at 12:26 a.m., according to fire officials.

By the time fire crews arrived, the building was fully engulfed.

The estimated loss from the fire was $48,000, and the cause is still under investigation, officials said.

No injuries resulted from the fire.
