PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Cannon Beach Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a possible kidnapping victim and her kidnapper.

Officials say a witness saw Shane Lynn assaulting and possibly kidnapping Ariana Miller in Cannon Beach on September 27.

Cannon Beach Police Chief Jason Schermerhorn told KOIN 6 News they were in a relationship and no one reported them missing. But they left before officers arrived and they have not been seen since the report.

Lynn’s car has Oregon license plate 795 DPS and was last seen in Seaside.
