PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The man accused of trying to take pictures of a woman inside a bathroom will be arraigned Thursday morning.
Joshua Lockman was employed as a high school janitor prior to his arrest in June.
A grand jury issued a secret indictment against him earlier this month. He is now charged with two counts of first-degree invasion of privacy and one count each of DUII and harassment.
He is being held in the Multnomah County Detention Center.
Multnomah County Sheriff’s office Captain Steve Alexander said that Lockman was arrested June 11th after a woman reported him attempting to take photos under the stall door at the Skyland Pub at 3175 South Troutdale Road.
Dan McCue with David Douglas School District confirmed that Lockman has been employed since Sept. 2014 as a night custodian at David Douglas High School. He is currently on leave.
