Clackamas Fire crews fought the fire that burned all 4 units and extended well into the roof of the building. Crews were on the scene for hours after the fire was under control, extinguishing hot spots and investigating the cause.

One firefighter got a small burn on his hand from the heat of the fire. AMR was there to assist the fire crews, providing water and electrolyte drinks because working in extreme heat was taxing on the firefighters.

Fire crews requested a TriMet bus to take the evacuated residents out of the afternoon heat.

According to the Red Cross, 10 adults, 4 children and pets were displaced by the fire, but none were injured. The Red Cross is providing resources to those residents.
