PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two men were arrested for unrelated incidents at the Willamette Country Music Festival in Brownsville over the weekend.

Linn County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested 56-year-old Terry Allen Pepiot of Harrisburg for allegedly sexually abusing a 20-year-old woman. The woman told police she woke up in an RV she was sharing with Pepiot unclothed and didn’t remember what happened due to intoxication and sleep deprivation.

Pepiot had agreed to sleep on the couch of the RV and the victim and her friend were in the bedroom.

Pepiot is charged with unlawful sexual penetration.

Deputies say another 20-year-old victim, a woman from Albany, told them she woke up at a campsite to a man sexually assaulting her. She had been drinking with the man earlier in the night.

Jeremy Russell Janssen, 37, of Ridgefield, WA, was arrested for sex abuse I.
