ALBANY, Ore. (KOIN) — Two separate crashes closed northbound I-5 about 7 miles north of Albany for a time, backing traffic up at one point for at least 15 miles.

In one crash, a jackknifed semi-truck and a U-Haul collided, spilling at least 200 gallons of diesel. Injuries were reported, ODOT said.
