PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Some Starbucks customers may have been overcharged last week due to a premature price hike, the company revealed.

Starbucks will implement a price increase on certain beverages starting July 12.

“Unfortunately, that price adjustment was prematurely entered into the point of sale systems in our U.S. company-operated store,” according to a Starbucks press release. “As a result, some customers were charged incorrectly.”

Customers could have been overcharged a maximum of 30 cents per drink.

If you believe you were overcharged call 800.782.7282.
