GRESHAM, Ore. (KOIN) — A woman was wounded when multiple shots were fired in the early hours of Sunday at a Gresham apartment complex, police said.

The gunfire happened after an argument between a husband and wife around 2:40 a.m. at the Mountain Knolls Apartments, 3180 NE Division Street, police said. The woman was shot in the leg and her husband, Lawaun Terrell James Kent, was identified as a suspect

Kent was found at a different Gresham residence around 4:24 a.m. and arrested. He faces 1st-degree burglary, 1st-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon charges.
