DAYTON, Ore. (KOIN) — An exciting new program just kicked off to bring more technology to rural parts of Oregon.

It’s called Innovate Dayton.

Dayton is getting the first 10 gigabit fiber-optic internet network on the West Coast.

Dayton High School is starting a fund to pay for some of the student’s upcoming projects and is building a new center for students to work on their projects.
