Researchers used Instagram posts with #roadrage to see when people are most angry behind the wheel

PORTLAND, Ore. (WCBD) –When it comes to road rage, there is a specific time and place that it’s worse than others.

Researchers recently examined Instagram posts using #RoadRage. They found that Fridays in August at 6 p.m. tend to have the most frequent posts about that angry feeling behind the wheel.

Hawaii and California ranked as the states full of the most enraged drivers, with Los Angeles and New York coming in as the top cities.
