Body found in Croisan Creek is missing Salem man

Deputies say they do not suspect foul play

SALEM, Ore. (KOIN) — Investigators reportedly identified the body of 62-year-old Loyd White near Croisan Creek Thursday evening, authorities said.

White was reported missing in April 22. He suffered from several health conditions and was known to become disoriented and wander off.

White’s body was found under a bridge near the creek on the 4200 block of Croisan Creek Road South near Salem, Marion County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies say they do not suspect foul play.

The Medical Examiner is working to determine his cause of death.
