PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 36-year-old man was arrested early Monday morning after a crash that left one person seriously injured.
Police say Terry Pangle was driving a 2007 Mercedes on SE Holgate Blvd. near SE 92nd Ave. when he crashed with a 2001 Chevrolet driven by a 19-year-old.
The driver of the Chevrolet suffered minor injuries and the passenger in the car was seriously injured.
A passenger in the Mercedes was not injured.
Pangle was arrested for a DUII and reckless driving.
The crash comes on the heels of a deadly weekend in the metro area, where 3 people were struck by cars in separate incidents, 2 of them fatally, within a 24-hour period over the weekend. Two of the drivers were arrested for DUII.
