PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The group Portland Tenants United rallied Friday afternoon in front of Portland City Hall.

The group says it will demand action and draw attention to discriminatory and retaliatory housing practices, involuntary displacement, and barriers to secure housing.

The group says the city hasn’t done enough to solve the housing crisis since an emergency was declared in September.
