PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Two men have been indicted by a Multnomah County grand jury in connection to the theft of two Rolex watches.

Thomas Raymond Thompson is charged with one count of aggravated first-degree theft, five counts of first-degree theft and one count of ID theft. His co-defendant, Taray Latrone Dawayne Young, is charged with one count of aggravated first-degree theft.

Young has been identified by Portland Police as the suspect who opened fire at the Q Center in North Portland earlier this year.

According to court documents, Thompson has been identified as the suspect who stole several designer products from stores like Nordstrom and Macy’s.

Police say Thompson is responsible for stealing 10 Versace gift sets and 15 fragrance products from Macy’s in June at Lloyd Center. In September, police say Thompson cut the security wires off four Gucci handbags. The value of all four handbags is $6,675.

In October, police say Thompson – wearing a motorcycle helmet – walked into Abbot & Rinehart jewelry store in downtown and smashed out a glass case. He is accused of stealing two Rolex watches that have a combined value of $39,075.

Young told police he was the getaway driver, according to court documents.
