iPhone gets cheeky, autocorrects ‘lardass’ to ‘Kardashian’

Kim Kardashian’s keister is breaking iPhone messages

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Nearly a year after attempting to break the internet with viral pics of her naked backside, Kim Kardashian’s keister is breaking iPhone messages.

iPhone’s predictive text feature can be frustrating, sometimes butchering messages into word jumble or turning romantic text messages into ciphers. But on Monday, iPhone users got a little chuckle … at the expense of the famous socialite.

The smartphone’s autocorrect feature is replacing the word “Lardass” with “Kardashian.”

Lardass, if you’re not already aware, is defined as “a person having unusually large buttocks,” according to Dictionary.com. Kardashian sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney are not shy about showing off their massive derrières.

Twitter took notice of the cheekiness and posted photos showing their message bars trying to make the correction.

“Well played, #Apple . #Kardashians #LardAs,” said one Twitter user.

“iPhone got this one right! Lol!! #LardassKardashian,” said another.

KRON4 has contacted Apple’s media department in Cupertino to see if the autocorrect was intentional, but requests for comment have not not been returned.

The Kardashian camp have yet to comment.
