When I visited the Youth Music Project in West Linn, I was so happy to see how enthusiastic all the kids were about learning and making music. It seems like there’s always stories out there these days about public schools cutting music and art programs, so it can be tough to get instruments in the hands of children. It can be also rather expensive to enroll in music lessons. The mission of the Youth Music Project, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, is to provide music education for youth by offering financial aid and state-of-the-art instruments.
