SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — It is a sign of the times in the San Francisco housing market.

A 264-square-foot micro unit is for sale at San Francisco’s Telegraph Hill for $425,00, according to Curbed. The home is located at 412 Green Street.

The home is in an eight-unit building, that includes a roof deck that gives a great view of San Francisco, Curbed said.

“Common roof deck is astounding to see, so be prepared to be mind blown! Coit Tower! SF Bay! Golden Gate Bridge! Transamerica Building! Freshly painted with refinished hardwood floors, stainless fridge & electric range plus a spa-like travertine tiled bathroom,” the Zillow listing said.

Inside the home, the bedroom and kitchen are elevated on a platform. Curbed said this sets it apart from the living room, which has carpet.

The studio property includes one bathroom and does not include a parking space, the Zillow listing said.

The apartment was built in 2002 and has an estimated mortgage of $1,573 a month, Zillow said.
