PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Jason Talley rushed for 145 yards, including the go-ahead touchdown with 1:13 to go, and Jesuit defeated West Linn 21-14 on Saturday for the OSAA Class 6A state championship.

The top-ranked Crusaders, who did not drop a game this season, claimed their first title since 2006 when they won the second of back-to-back championships.

Jesuit quarterback Eric Restic threw for 129 yards and one touchdown, while rushing for 116 yards and another score.

No. 3 West Linn, making its first trip to the title game, fell behind in the first half but pulled in front 14-13 when quarterback Tim Tawa scored on a 3-yard keeper and Camden Nemec made the extra point with 4:17 left in the game.
