HUBBARD, Ore. (KOIN) — A boil water notice was lifted for the City of Hubbard on Wednesday.

Before you use water, city officials say you should first remove or replace any filters. You should also run your water for 3-5 minutes before using it.

Bacteria tests on the water came back negative on Tuesday.

City officials told KOIN 6 News a routine sample originally turned up positive for bacteria a week ago. A re-test also came back positive.

Both samples were from the public restroom at City Hall. All other samples throughout the city have been negative.
