PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — On October 31, 2013, Jose Manuel Alvarez-Madrigal was found shot to death in his car. Two years later, what happened still remains a mystery.

Portland Police say they were called to the 3800 block of Northeast Shaver Street at 10:00 in the morning because a man was slumped over in a car. Officers found the 32-year-old dead and homicide detectives were called.

The Medical Examiner said Alvarez-Madrigal died from a gunshot wound.

No witnesses have come forward and police have no suspect information. That is why Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
