2 cars, building hit by gunfire in NE Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN 6) – An overnight shooting in Northeast Portland damaged 2 vehicles and a building, according to police.

The shooting was first reported on Saturday at 11:28 p.m. in the area of NE 99th and Sandy Boulevard. Police were in the area and heard the gunshots. Moments later, 911 dispatchers received several 911 calls reporting a shooting at NE 103rd and Sandy. Officers arrived in the area and found 2 parked cars that had been shot and a building hit by bullets.

No gunshot victims were located at the shooting scene and no have arrived at any local hospitals.

On Sunday morning, police and firefighters returned to the area with a fire truck to look for evidence.
