Man accused of burglarizing Roosevelt HS

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN 6) – A 23-year-old is accused of burglarizing Roosevelt High School, according to police.

Donald Villaflor Williams was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on Monday morning. He is charged with one count each of second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.

According to police, officers responded to the high school in the 6900 block of N. Central Street at 11:57 p.m. on Sunday after getting reports from the school’s security company of an intrusion alarm. When police got on scene, they talked with security staff who told them that there was a person inside the building who may have been attempting to tag the building, according to officers.

Williams was taken into custody shortly before 12:30 a.m. There was no report of extensive damage to the school.

Williams is scheduled to appear in court on Monday afternoon. He has already been released from jail.
