PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Alyssa “Aly” Weiser-Lilly, who battled an aggressive form of cancer for most of her life, died Sunday. She was 14.

The teen recently decided not to continue treatment after her brain cancer returned a third time.

Soul Sisters Productions LLC in the area put together a fundraiser for Aly’s family, which included getting a signed guitar from Carlos Santana for an auction item.

In a statement, her mother Melissa Weiser-Lilly said, “She moved into Heaven with the sincerest of smiles on her angelic face. I have not seen her look so healthy in many, many years. I miss her so much already.”
