VANCOUVER, Wash. (KOIN) — A paving project will close the SR 500 on- and off-ramps at Andresen overnight every day this week until Friday, July 24.  The work runs from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Also, starting July 22, watch out for paving crews working on SR 503 from Orchards and Battle Ground.  The work zone stretches between Fourth Plan Boulevard and 119th Street.  Expect single lane closures nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Saturday, July 25.

“Heavy traffic on this stretch of highway has taken a toll, causing pot holes and cracks in the pavement,” said Project Engineer Leon Winger. “There’s no good time to do this work, but the road is in need of repair. The paving will extend the life of the roadway and provide drivers with a safer, smoother ride.”

Here’s exactly what you can expect to see on SR 503 between Fourth Plain Boulevard and Northeast 119th Street:

Northbound
