19-year-old injured in North PDX shooting

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN 6) – A 19-year-old man was shot and injured on Thursday morning.

The shooting was reported in at 2:38 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the area of North Fessenden and North Van Houten Avenue. When they arrived, they found the man with non-life threatening injuries.

He was transported to the hospital. Officers on the scene said he was not being cooperative.

Officials believe the shooting happened on North Lombard Street and Wall Avenue.

The Gang Enforcement Team was notified of the shooting.
