HAPPY VALLEY, Ore. (KOIN) — After a lengthy investigation, a 52-year-old man was arraigned Wednesdy for allegedly installing wireless cameras in the master bathroom of his Happy Valley home.

The investigation into Kurt Higgins began in July 2014 when the cameras were found by two 18-year-old women while they were house-sitting for him.
