3 arrested during Walgreens burglary

VANCOUVER, Wash. (KOIN) — Three people were arrested during a burglary in progress at a Clark County Walgreens early Sunday morning,.

Deputies were sent to the Walgreens at 8511 NE 162nd Avenue just after 3 a.m. Sunday. Officials said video surveillance and a GPS tracker were used to find the suspects.

Robert R. Cramer, 23, Jeffery A. Fuller, 38 and Rachel D. Proper, 42, were all arrested. The investigation continues.

Several other Walgreens pharmacies have been burglarized in recent months. Authorities did not say if those arrested were suspects in the previous crimes.
