SALEM, Ore. (KOIN 6) — A Salem fire captain was arrested early Wednesday morning after an alleged domestic violence incident at his home, officials said.
Deputies arrived at 32-year-old Matthew Brozovich’s West Salem home around 1:30 a.m. and found probable cause to arrest him, Marion County Sheriff’s Office said.
Brozovich was taken to jail for five counts of harassment and one count of menacing, all misdemeanor charges. He posted $3,250 bail and has since been released.
The captain has worked with the Salem Fire Department since 2005. His next court appearance has been set for May 7.
