BEAVERTON, Ore. (KOIN 6) — Beaverton police have arrested a man who allegedly seriously injured his wife Thursday morning.

Deputies found his truck half submerged in a creek at 7:45 p.m. They searched the area and located the suspect hiding in a shed.

Alejandro Casarez Lopez assaulted his wife in a parking lot around the 12000 block of SW Gingham Lane using “something other than the fists,” officials told KOIN 6 News.

Lopez, 45, was last seen leaving the area in a red Ford F-150 with an Oregon plate of 724-BCD.
