GRESHAM, Ore. (KOIN 6) — The driver in an crash that injured three pedestrians at a crosswalk in front of Centennial High School has been arrested and indicted on several charges, officials said.

Elizabeth Rachel Dove, 23, of Gresham was arrested on March 4, Gresham Police Dept. said.

Dove was booked and released from Multnomah County Detention Center and charged with three counts of Assault III, five counts of reckless endangerment and one count of reckless driving.

Speed and alcohol were not determined to be factors in the case. However, a search of Dove’s cell phone revealed she was making a video at the time of the accident.

None of the students hit by Dove’s car were seriously hurt, but were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The city installed a new rapid-flash beacon at the crosswalk as a result of the crash.
