CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — A Corvallis restaurant owner reported missing last week has been found alive at a Lincoln City hotel.

Police told the Corvallis Gazette-Times that 34-year-old Chad Ferschweiler had been traveling the coast since he was last seen on Feb. 16.

Friends and relatives were concerned because he disappeared at the same time his restaurant — the Pita Pit — closed abruptly. The newspaper reports he had fallen behind on payments.
