Mostly cloudy skies give way to increasing sun breaks this afternoon. The majority of the day will be dry. Spotty showers develop this afternoon. There’s enough instability for thunderstorms, especially over the Cascades and central/eastern Oregon. High temperatures will be in the mid-60s.
A big warm up begins Thursday. Temperatures warm into the mid-70s. A ridge of high pressure brings dry weather Thursday through the weekend. Outside of morning clouds, skies will be mostly sunny. Friday and Saturday, temperatures will be close to 80 degrees. Clouds increase a bit on Mother’s Day but high temperatures remain in the mid-70s.
