BEAVERTON, Ore. (KOIN 6) — Three masked men assaulted a hotel clerk and made off with an undisclosed amount of money in an early Thursday morning robbery in Beaverton.

Around 3:30 a.m., the men came through the front doors of the Pepper Tree Inn, 10720 SW Allen Boulevard, and began to tear the front desk apart looking for money, police said in a release.

The clerk was forced onto the ground and assaulted, though he did not require any hospital treatment.

The suspects — described as in their late teens to adult men — were thin, between 5-feet-6 and 5-10, and spoke both English and Spanish.

Beaverton police continue to investigate. Anyone with information is asked to call 503.629.0111.
